Refund Policy

  • EasyRentPro Car Rental Software products are all downloadable, fully functional, and try-before-you-buy. For your convenience we provide you with a free trial period of our software so you can fully evaluate our products. The trial period for all our products is 30 days.
  • We kindly request you to use the trial period to make sure that the software works for you before purchasing a license. All of our software is usable during the trial period without limitations. During the trial period none of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionalities.
  • When you purchase one of our products and your payment has cleared, an email will be sent to you with the product files or activation code to unlock the software. Once the product files or activation code to unlock the software is emailed to you or the reservation system is installed, there will be no refunds given. Reason being that it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software or files sent to you by email back to us. With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product.
  •   During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist you with installation and configuration via email, and if necessary, limited telephone support is offered (in addition to our variety of online support options). We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test the trial version prior to making a purchase.
  •   In case the product does not include or support a feature as advertised on our website, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, an LOD (Letter of Destruction) on the company’s letterhead will be required to process the refund.
  • There will be no refund issued for payments made for yearly subscription fees. All packages we offer have their specific subscription fee that has to be paid yearly. Payments for one product cannot be transferred to another product.
  • There will be no refunds issued for shareware products or web files once they have been registered or installed on your server.
  • If the shareware products or web files were used or not, does not have an influence on statement nr.7 of this refund policy.
  •   If you requested additional features added to the software, no refund shall be issued for these extra charges.
  •  It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
