Easy Rent Pro features a login option where an user id and password is required before you can get access the program
How to activate the login option:
| 1. | in the main window click the setup button |
| 2. | select the 'company info' tab |
| 3. | in the 'company info' tab click and check the 'User Must Login' field |
| 4. | select the "User access' tab in the setup window |
| 5. | select the Administrator user |
| 7. | in the level option select 'administrator' click save |
| 8. | If you wish to create an other administrator user click insert |
| 9. | ender the new user id and password and repeat step 5 - 7. |
In Easy Rent Pro you can limit the access of user to certain feature of the application
How to create a user with limited access
| 1. | In the main window click 'Setup' button |
| 2. | select the "User access' tab in the setup window |
| 4. | enter user id and password |
| 10. | in the level option select 'User' click save |
| 11. | n the 'User Access' checkbox group check all the featured that this user is allowed to access |
