Rate calculation
| 1. | Click 'setup' button in the main window |
| 2. | select the 'rate settings' tab in the setup window |
Easy rent pro can the invoice subtotal based on
| • | hourly rate |
| • | Daily rate |
| • | weekly rate |
| • | monthly rate |
| • | mileage rate |
| • | fixed rate |
In the 'vehicle' window you can set the rates for each vehicle
To set fix charge per day.
| 1. | Click on the setup button |
| 2. | Click on the 'Rate Settings' tab |
| 3. | check the 'Calculation Based only on daily rates' |
This will make the program calculates a fix rent rate per day and will
ignore the weekly and monthly rates
The daily rates can be adjusted based on the month of the year.
you can update the current adlustment by just typing in the grid or right click to display the
popup menu and add a new record.
When select one of the adjustment during a reservation the rates are reduced or increased for the
value entered in the selected adjustment in accordance with the month you are booking the reservation.
