The rent planner is the portal of Easy Rent Pro where you can have quick view of all your rentals.
Details that can be viewed on the planner are:

| • | Checked-In items (Cream) |
| • | Overdue Items (Red) |
| • | Out of service items (gray) |

The column left displays the vehicles that can be filtered by class by making your selection with the drop-down at the top of the screen.
The texts displaying below some of the vehicles are reminder set in the setup window of Easy Rent Pro.
The notes are entered in the 'notes' field in the "Vehicle' window
At the bottom of the screen the are some controls where you can move through the planner and view an other day, month or year
than the current date.
The items in the planner can be modified by drag 'n drop operation
| • | To move a item from one vehicle to an other move the mouse into the center of the item then until the cursor change into a cross then hold the left mouse button down and move the item to the target vehicle. |
| • | prolongate the period of a contract move the mouse at the left or right edge of a rental item until the cursor change into a arrow then hold the left mouse button down and move to right to prolongate the rental period |
After performing a drag 'n drop operation all rates are recalculated if need to match the new location of the item
To delete planner item select the item to be deleted then press the delete button on your keyboard and this will
remove the item from the planner an void the invoice and payment(s) if there are any.
If you right-click on one of the vehicle the pop-up menu displays some command that can be done in the planner
| • | Make Vehicle Ready will puts the vehicle in the ready state that indicates that the vehicle is free to be rent with the next client. |
| • | Show Vehicle record opens the Vehicle screen and displays the record of the selected vehicle. |
| • | View Picture display the picture of the selected vehicle. |
| • | Put vehicle out of service blocks the dates on which the vehicle cannot be rented due to maintenance or repair. |
| • | Check in vehicle release the vehicle from its last checked-in contract |
Planner commands (rental items)
If you right-click on one of planner items the pop-up menu displays some command that can be done in the planner
| • | Edit will display the Booking window where you can update the select booking or reservation. |
| • | Make Invoice will make an invoice for a reservation item |
| • | View/update invoice will show the invoice window where you can make payments or void the invoice |
| • | Pay will show the payment window where you can make a payment |
| • | check in will check in the vehicle of the selected item |
| • | Check out will check-out the vehicle of the selected item |
| • | Print Invoice will display the print window where you can preview or print the invoice of the selected item. |
