This is the Rent Planner screen where you have a quick view of about 15 days of all your reservations, bookings and overdue bookings with a diffirent collor each. You can also see the reminder of each vehicle like inspection date, Insurance expiration date etc. |

With a simple button click you can see which vehicle is available for your selected period. Here you can also filter by class to time. You will have a quick view of all esential details of the vehicles in a list to make your selection symple accurate.

The rental booking screen you can input all details of the client like company,address but also the bokking details like vehicle, rental period etc. In this screen you can also see a detailed calculation of the rate that is completely adjustable. |

Managing you vehicles in Easy Rent Pro is neat where you can put a picture of all your vehicles an adjust your rates very simple. You can also keep track of the expenses of each vehicle an also other details like insurance, inspection and damage control. |

In Easy Rent Pro you can define up to 5 charges and or taxes to be calculated after your subtotal. each item can be a percentage or fix amount, addition or substraction, daily based or one etc. Each item can be optional or compulsory. You can also define a picture displaying the detaild of your company to be printed in the heading of your invoice |
